COURTNEY ANNE WAGNER

Courtney Anne Wagner is a Sydney based, emerging Artist and Independent Curator who works with non-traditional mediums. Her main focus is in the exploration of identity and displacement, as well as the temporality and lateral meanings within these themes.

Wagner's performative process of artmaking has been influenced by aerial landscapes, connections to landscape and memory and the notion of the abject.

Wagner has completed formal tertiary studies in a Bachelor of Visual Arts and Design (art history and theory), at the Australian Catholic University, and a Master of Art Curating (Museum and Heritage), at the University of Sydney.
